John McMullen - President

John has been in the restaurant business starting out as a Dishwasher and Busboy as a sophomore in  high school.  After working part time while in college to complete his degree in Law Enforcement, he found himself working full time in the restaurant business.  It wasn't long before John was working as a Kitchen Manager and then became a Regional Kitchen Manager and Food Tech.  After a few more years as a Culinary Partner in Boston and NYC, John made the transition to General Manager and then Multi Unit management.  He has been a part of many new store openings, takeovers and location turnarounds on both the Corporate and Independent side of the industry.  John also spent 7 years as a recruiter in the restaurant business and has sourced and hired 100's of management candidates in the past.  When John is not working, you can find him on the golf course, at the beach with is wife Kristen or enjoying time to work in the yard.
